1. Returns

If you are not fully satisfied with your bed purchase, you may return the item under the following conditions:

  • You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or receipt is required for processing the return.

Non-returnable items:

  • Custom-made or personalized beds
  • Clearance items or final sale products

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 2-5 business days.

Partial Refunds:
In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., if the item is returned with signs of use or missing packaging).

3. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or defective. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please retain proof of return shipping in case further information is needed.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund (unless the return is due to an error on our part).

4. Damaged or Defective Items

with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs.
